I paid for Pro but it's locked
Open the game, go to the Pro screen, and tap Restore purchase. Purchases are tied to the Google account that bought them, so make sure the device is signed in to that account. Newly published purchases can take a few hours to become active. If Restore still doesn't unlock it, email us with your order number from the Google Play receipt.
Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription
There is nothing to cancel and nothing recurring. Pro unlocks permanently on your Google account and restores on any device you sign in to.
My chips are gone / my stats reset
Progress is stored on the device only — there's no account and no cloud save. Uninstalling the app, clearing its storage, or moving to a new phone will clear it. Chips are virtual and have no cash value, and you can always reload for free.
No ad is available when I tap "watch a video"
Rewarded ads are supplied by Google AdMob and aren't always in stock — availability varies by region and time of day. Waiting a little while usually works. A working internet connection is required.
The trainer says my play was wrong, but I disagree
Each trainer grades against the same strategy engine the table itself plays by, and shows the reasoning behind the correct play. Note that some games have count-dependent plays: the book answer can change with the running count, and the trainer will say so when it applies. If you believe a specific hand is graded incorrectly, email us the exact hand and the dealer's up card — that's enough for us to reproduce it.
Is this real gambling?
No. Every Card Shark game is a simulation using virtual chips. There is no real-money wagering, no cash prizes, and no way to cash out. Practising on a simulator does not change the house edge in a real casino.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling a Card Shark game removes all data it stored on your device. We hold no server-side account to delete.
