Privacy Policy — Card Shark Games

This privacy policy applies to the thirteen-game Card Shark family of Android apps published by Innovizea LLC ("we", "us") — Card Shark 21, Card Shark Ultimate Hold'em, Card Shark Poker, Card Shark 3 Card Poker, Card Shark Baccarat, Card Shark Caribbean Stud, Card Shark Criss Cross Poker, Card Shark DJ Wild, Card Shark I Luv Suits, Card Shark Let It Ride, Card Shark Mississippi Stud, Card Shark Pai Gow Poker and Card Shark War. Collectively, "the apps".
Other Innovizea products have their own policies, because they collect different things: Thunk: Shape Fit Puzzle · Choptick.
Summary
The apps are free-to-play casino card simulations for entertainment and training. They use virtual chips only — there is no real-money gambling and no cash prizes. We do not require an account, and we do not collect personally identifiable information ourselves.
Data stored on your device
Your bankroll, statistics, settings, and purchase/unlock state are stored only on your device. Uninstalling an app removes this local data.
Third-party services
The apps use the following services, which may collect data under their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob (rewarded video ads) — may collect a device advertising identifier (AD_ID) and related data to serve and measure ads. Ads may be personalized where you provide consent through the in-app consent screen (shown where required by law, e.g. the EEA, UK, and certain US states); otherwise non-personalized ads are served. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Play Billing / RevenueCat — processes the optional one-time "Pro" in-app purchase. We receive anonymized purchase history (purchase and entitlement status), not your payment details.
- Google Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous app-interaction and usage data (for example, which screens and features are opened, and app-performance/crash signals) to help us understand how the apps are used and improve them. This is aggregate usage analytics tied to a device/advertising identifier, not to your identity.
Consistent with our Google Play Data safety declaration, the apps collect Device or other IDs (advertising ID), Purchase history, and App interactions — used for app functionality, analytics, and advertising/marketing. We do not collect location, contacts, photos, messages, or financial account information, and we do not sell your data.
Children
The apps are intended for a general adult audience (simulated gambling) and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Data security & retention
Data transmitted by the above services is encrypted in transit. Because we store no personal data on our own servers, there is no server-side account to delete; on-device data is removed by uninstalling, and the advertising identifier is resettable in your device settings.

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
