Delete your Card Shark data
Last updated: 24 August 2026
Card Shark games do not require an account, and most people never make one. Almost everything a game knows about you — your bankroll, settings and unlocks — lives only on your device, and uninstalling the app removes it. Nothing further is needed for that.
The one exception is the shared Card Shark profile, which keeps one chip balance and one play record across the Card Shark card games, stored against an anonymous identifier. This page is about deleting that.
The fastest way: in the app
Open any Card Shark card game → Settings → Delete Shared Profile.
This removes the whole record — chips, level, unlocked cosmetics, daily streaks and hand statistics — from our database, across every Card Shark game, and deletes the anonymous identifier itself, so the next launch starts a new and unrelated one. The game keeps working on its own local save.
It takes a couple of seconds. If you never signed in, it does not require you to identify yourself to us in any way; if you did, it deletes that account too, so there is still nothing for you to send us.
The button only appears if there is something to delete. If you have never used the shared profile, nothing of yours is stored on our servers and Settings will not show the option.
If you would rather we did it
Write to support@innovizea.com and we will delete it for you.
Please be aware of the practical problem, which is a consequence of not making you sign up for anything: the identifier is anonymous, so an email tells us nothing about which record is yours. We would have to ask you for something that identifies it, and the only thing that does is a value shown inside the app. The in-app button skips all of that, which is why it is the route we recommend.
What is deleted, and when
- Your chip balance, XP and level.
- Unlocked and equipped cosmetics — card backs and felts.
- Daily-bonus streaks, for every game.
- Per-game play statistics: hands played, wins, losses, pushes, and how often your play matched the strategy the game teaches.
- The identity itself — the anonymous identifier, or the Google account connection and the email address held with it if you signed in.
Deletion is immediate and permanent, and there is no way to recover it afterwards — including by us. If you had signed in with Google, the Google account is disconnected and its record here is deleted, and the email address we held goes with it. Your Google account itself is untouched: we can only remove what is on our side.
Purchases are not affected and are not ours to delete: a Pro unlock is held by Google Play against your Google account, and restoring it is handled by Play, not by us.
